The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is dedicated, within the scope of its strategic vision, to empowering health practitioners who can compete on a global scale. Its mission is to qualify these practitioners through a world-class organizational model designed to establish safe standards that address health needs and variations.
To accomplish this, the Authority is committed to the following:
Delivering high-quality services to all health practitioners, both within and outside the Kingdom, to ensure their readiness and qualification to lead the future health workforce.
Enhancing and developing the capabilities of health practitioners to serve as a global benchmark for professional excellence.
Offering essential awareness and support in the realm of quality and continuous improvement to strengthen the institutional capacities of the Authority, elevate the efficiency of its employees, and promote a culture of quality to achieve the satisfaction of the Authority’s members and stakeholders.
Ensuring the availability of necessary resources, expertise, and infrastructure, along with the regular review of performance reports to facilitate the ongoing improvement and development of services, processes, and systems to meet the needs of the Authority’s members and stakeholders.
Planning and supporting the quality management system processes within the Authority and fostering continuous improvement in alignment with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, the King Abdulaziz Award for Quality excellence model, the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model, and relevant regulatory and legislative requirements pertaining to the services provided.
The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is also committed to making this policy and its directives accessible to all relevant parties, ensuring effective communication with all members of the Authority through available means and channels.
